The horsetail hair we use in Hälsa mattresses is specially imported from Austria. This material as known as one of the most precious and rare bedding materials for hundreds of years. The longest hair on a horse is the horsetail hair and its acts as an ecological and natural coil inside of our mattresses. This feature of it fits human anatomy very well and it is allowing our bodies to adapt to the healthiest position while sleeping. This is the only material having this feature and its also helping with the ventilation of air in your bed and preventing the moisture build-ups. Because of its ventilation feature and non-chemical material, it is a bed that can promise you a healthy sleep.

This mattress is suitable for single-side use.

1 and 3 weeks after you start using your Hälsa mattress, we recommend a rotation by changing to head-side to foot-side. With this technic, your process of getting used to your new sleeping surface will be easier for you. Afterward, every 3 months, we recommend doing the rotation for best usage.
Rotation is a very important technic for maintaining your mattress and also for enhancing your comfort. With regular rotation, your mattress will endure local pressures.

Spring system mattresses are not eligible for slat bedsteads or similar structures.
